XO Waffle: Heavenly Breakfast and Dessert Creations in Albuquerque

A delightful breakfast spot! Their chicken waffle is divine, bursting with flavors and crispy goodness. The staff was lovely, providing excellent service. Perfect place to start your day with a mouthwatering meal! Highly recommended!

1st time here today. Tried the 505 waffle after contemplating over so many great options I wanted to try. I absolutely loved it, delicious and more than filling. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Yum! Highly recommend!

I’m not usually someone who thinks about waffles for breakfast but this morning, I had an urge to try something new. We ended up at XO Waffles in the Sawmill Market. The waffles and the combination of bacon, eggs, green chile, and maple syrup, was incredibly delicious! I was really blown away by the flavors! The gentlemen, Ray took my order and he was super friendly. While we were eating, the general manager, Johnny stopped by our table to check and make sure everything was to our liking. Excellent customer service, phenomenal food and a fun environment! You can’t go wrong checking this place out!

Fun and delicious dessert! Highly recommend the peaches, cream, and ice cream waffle. 14 waffle, but delicious and wonderful atmosphere at Sawmill Market.

I cannot say enough about these AMAZING waffles. We tried almost everything on the menu, and each dish was incredibly delicious. So good that we returned on our way out of town to grab some to bring home! Such a wonderful delicacy!

This is my second trip to the Saw Mill. Flew into Albuquerque grabbed a rental car and headed to the Saw Mill. Lots of options. I’m allergic to eggs #allergygirl so breakfast is sometimes a challenge. XO Waffle to the rescue! I had a waffle with chicken and syrup and tried the waffle with sausage and syrup. The waffles were delicious. Perfectly cooked. Topped with sausage or chicken. They had just the right amount of sweet and savory. and hearty. I can’t say I like one over the other. Both make a perfect meal depending on whether you are in the mood for. They are just the right mix of sweet and savory. I top all of the wonderful food off with a steaming Macha latte from lLittle Bear Coffee. A perfect breakfast!

We were staying at Hotel Albuquerque and decided to walk to the nearby Sawmill Market for breakfast. After looking at the menus of the few stands that were open early that morning, we decided to order at XO Waffle. The gentleman who took our order was friendly and the Churro Love and I'm Bananas For You waffles were delicious.

I got the 505 waffle and it was INCREDIBLE!!! Simultaneouly savory and sweet with a wonderful texture. The perfect morning brunch. My only disappointment is that there is not a location in my hometown.
